ProStar successfully implemented PackManager in the fall of 2017, matching up with the system used over the last several years by its sister company, South Atlantic Packaging Corp. The ProStar team then kicked off 2018 by successfully completing a mock recall in the allotted time using the new system. The recall included over 150 pieces of documentation encompassing both original BOLs and online tracking data of inbound and outbound shipments and production. By using PackManager, the process was streamlined, the backup data was complete and the results were highly accurate.
